If something is not right, we want to make the return simple. This policy explains how returns, refunds and problem orders work at Racopnelo.

Return window and conditions
You can request a return within 30 days of the date you receive your order. To qualify, items must be:
- unused, unworn and unwashed;
- in their original condition and original packaging;
- returned with all tags still attached.
We may ask for proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email.
Approval comes first
Every return must be approved by our support team before you send anything back. Items returned without an approved request may be refused.
How to return an item

- Our team reviews your request and replies within 1–2 business days.
- Once approved, you receive return instructions and a free prepaid return label.
- Pack the items securely and ship them back using the label.
- We inspect the items when they arrive.
- We issue your refund.
Return shipping is free for approved returns. We suggest keeping your drop-off receipt until your refund arrives.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 2–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank, card issuer or PayPal may need a little extra time before the credit shows on your account.
Original shipping charges are not refundable, unless the law requires it or the return is the result of our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To swap a size or color, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of receiving it. Please include your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos. We will send a replacement, issue a refund or offer another suitable solution, at no cost to you.
If your package appears to be lost, contact us with your order number and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
